Send us your design idea, blank preference, quantity, and deadline. We come back with a firm price and free mockup — usually same day.

2. Approve Mockup and Order Blanks
You approve the visual proof, lock in colors, and we order blanks from our supplier network. Sizes, colors, and styles are confirmed before anything gets printed.

3. Films, Screens, and Color Mixing
We output color-separated films, burn screens, and mix Pantone-matched ink in-house. Every screen gets registered and test-printed before production.

4. Print, Cure, and Quality Check
Shirts run through the press, flash-cure between colors, and finish in our high-temp dryer for full ink bond. Every shirt is inspected for misprints, smudges, or defects.

5. Fold, Bag, and Deliver
Orders are sorted, folded, and boxed by size. Pick up at our Layton shop or schedule local delivery anywhere in Northern Utah.

Our screen printing minimum is 30 pieces of the same design. If you need fewer than 30, we recommend our DTF printing or heat transfer service, which has no minimum.
Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders can usually be completed in 3-5 business days for an additional fee — message us with your event date and we'll see what's possible.
Yes. As long as the printed design and ink colors stay the same, you can mix XS through 5XL, multiple shirt colors, and multiple styles (tees, hoodies, tanks) in one order. Pricing is calculated by total quantity.
We do both. Send a finished vector if you have one, or send a sketch, idea, or photo and our in-house art team will design it for you. Mockups and minor edits are free with every order.
