Our DTF process prints CMYK plus white ink onto a PET film, dusts the wet ink with hot-melt adhesive powder, and cures it in our conveyor oven. The finished transfer is shippable, storable, and stays press-ready for months. When you (or we) press it onto a garment at the right temp and time, the design fuses to the fabric and finishes with a flexible, soft-hand feel that washes like a screen print.
For DIY makers, side hustlers, and resellers across Utah, we offer gang sheets — large sheets where you fit as many of your designs as possible to maximize cost efficiency. You upload art (or send it for layout help), we print and ship the gang sheet to you, and you press your own apparel at home or in your shop. Our gang sheet pricing is competitive with national vendors but you get fast Utah-local turnaround and direct support from a real human in Layton.

1. Submit Artwork
Upload your PNG, PDF, or vector files. For gang sheets, lay out your designs (or let us help). We confirm size, quantity, and total square inches.

2. Color Calibration and Print
Our DTF printers run calibrated CMYK + white ink onto PET film. Adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink and cured in our conveyor oven.

3. Quality Inspection
Every transfer is checked for sharpness, color accuracy, and adhesive coverage. Defects are reprinted at no charge before your order ships.

4. Press to Garment OR Ship Transfers
For finished apparel orders, we heat-press at 305°F with proper dwell and pressure. For gang sheet orders, we trim, package, and ship transfers ready-to-press.

5. Final Inspection and Delivery
Finished apparel is folded and sorted by size. Gang sheets are quality-checked and packaged with peeling instructions.

DTF PRINTING FAQ
Common questions about Direct-to-Film transfers
DTF (direct-to-film) prints your design onto a heat-transfer film that's then pressed onto fabric. Unlike screen printing, it has no setup fees, no color limits, and no minimum quantity. Screen printing is more cost-effective at high volume; DTF is better for small batches, complex artwork, and unusual fabrics.
Properly pressed DTF transfers survive 50+ wash cycles without cracking, peeling, or significant color fade. Wash inside-out in cold water and tumble-dry low for maximum lifespan.
There is no minimum. We routinely print single-shirt orders, custom photo gifts, and one-off birthday tees. For gang sheets, we print as little as a single 11"x16" half-sheet.
Gang sheets are priced by total sheet size (typically 22"x60" full sheets, with smaller sizes available). You fit as many designs as possible into the area to maximize value. We charge per sheet, not per design — so the more you fit, the lower your cost per transfer.
Both options work. Many customers lay out their own gang sheets in Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator. If you'd rather just send individual PNGs, we'll lay them out efficiently for a small layout fee. We also offer free file checks before production.
Yes — we ship gang sheets and finished DTF apparel anywhere in the US. Most Utah customers prefer local pickup in Layton or scheduled local delivery, but national shipping is available with standard carrier rates.
