Yes — when applied at the correct temperature, time, and pressure, modern DTF and screen-printed transfers easily last 50+ wash cycles, comparable to traditional screen printing.
Yes. We charge a per-piece pressing fee for customer-supplied transfers and apparel. We just ask that the apparel is new and clean, and that the transfers are from a reputable source.
We can usually turn around a 12-25 piece team uniform job in 24-72 hours. Rush same-day service is available for tournament emergencies — call us first thing in the morning and we'll see what's possible.
HTV (heat transfer vinyl) is solid-color material that's cut into shapes and pressed onto fabric — great for names, numbers, and bold solid-color designs. DTF (direct-to-film) is a printed transfer that handles full-color, photo-quality designs. Both are durable; DTF is more versatile, HTV is more cost-effective for simple solid-color work.
